IBM Workplace for SAP will cost cost from $149 to $399 per user, and consists of SAP application development tools for Workplace, and pre-built applications for content management, messaging, and presence. IBM also plans to offer additional applications for employee and contractor management.

IBM Lotus Notes access for SAP will be made available at no charge to all Notes customers, also includes development tools and pre-built applications such as report generation, contract management, and workflow/approval processes for a administrative tasks.
