There has been a slew of announcements today related to the Novell BrainShare conference happening this week in Salt Lake City.

Novell announced its GroupWise Mobile Server, developed with Intellisync, is now in beta testing. It provides integration with more than 400 mobile devices.

Research in Motion announced that Enterprise Server v4.1, which has enhanced support for GroupWise users, will be available in April.

Dell Inc. said it will sell a version of Novell Inc.’s ZENworks 7 software customized Dell PowerEdge servers running Linux.

Nexsan Technologies and Messaging Architects announced a new email archiving solution based on Nexsan’s Assureon secure storage system and Messaging Architects’ GWArchive, archiving software for Novell GroupWise customers.

Black Duck Software announced that Novell has invited the company to join the Novell Market Start program. Black Duck helps users track licensing information and who owns what open source components, code and binaries. (Now if only they could do something about SCO…)

And Scalix announced new integration with Novell’s Linux Enterprise Server 9.
