O'Reilly Velocity Conference -- June 22-24, 2009
The second annual O’Reilly Velocity conference will be held from June 22-24, 2009 at the Fairmont in San Jose, CA. The conference has two tracks—web performance and operations. The sessions are targeted at engineers, developers, engineering managers and engineering focused executives.
Keynotes for Velocity 2009 will be given by Jonathan Heiliger, the Vice President of Technical Operations at Facebook and Marissa Mayer, the Vice President, Search Products and User Experience at Google. Videos of select sessions from Velocity 2008 are available online.

Early registration for O’Reilly Velocity is available through May 3, 2009. Workshops comprise the first full day of the conference and the Ignite sessions for Velocity containing fast-paced new technology talks and demonstrations will held the first night, Monday June 22nd.
