CHI 2007, will be held from April 28th through May 3rd, 2007 in San Jose, California. The annual conference on Computer-Human Interaction is sponsored by the Association for Computing Machinery (ACM) Special Interest Group on Computer Human Interaction (SIGCHI). The conference is a mixture researchers, practitioners, educators, and students from academia, industry, and government. The event, now in it’s 25th year, is a well-respected forum on how people interact with computers.

The conference includes a number of presentations directly related to messaging such as “Protecting People from “Phishing: The Design and Evaluation of an Embedded Training Email System” by Ponnurangam Kumaraguru, Yong Woo Rhee, Alessandro Acquisti, Lorrie Cranor, Jason Hong, Elizabeth Nunge and “Mapmail: Restructuring an Email Client for Use in Distributed Teams” by Les Nelson and Elizabeth F. Churchill
