I Get the Message!

As 2007 draws to a close, all of us at Messaging News wish to thank our readers, advertisers and industry experts. Our appreciation for the support and good wishes for our success cannot be understated. This year we were able to travel to more events, launch our first Webinar, enhance our Website, expand our enewsletter offering with Collaboration Newswire, and cover an array of messaging topics in the magazine. The desire for closed loop feedback also plays in: When Disaster Strikes: Next Generation Crisis Communications. As we like to do, we pass along advice and tips on possible ways to structure your crisis communication plans. An interesting aspect to this story is how a unified communications process is being leveraged to transform business processes by connecting business activities and people to improve efficiency.

We wish you a joyous holiday season and good reading,
