St. Bernard Software Acquires Red Condor

On the heels of last week’s news that Red Condor had scored the highest in an independent third-party test, comes an announcement from St. Bernard Software, Inc. that it has acquired the company. St. Bernard, a provider of Web security appliances targeting the SME market, says the acquisition of Red Condor’s managed security solutions is “a natural extension” of its product and business strategy.
