VoiceProdigy: A WYSYWIG SaaS Phone System

Josh Garza and Dan Kelley, founders of GAW Labs, recently announced VoiceProdigy, a SaaS phone service with a graphically driven management interface. To add users, route call flows, initiate conference bridging, integrate mobile phones, and so on, an admin drags and drops using a WYSIWYG interface; the code is generated dynamically in the background. Thier notion is a phone system in which nontechnical users can handle moves, adds, and changes; business reorganizations; and call flow rerouting without the need for an IT staff.
