Promise of Payouts

The US-CERT recently sent out a warning about false economic-stimulus emails circulating that promise payouts but instead steal sensitive data. The email is made to look like official Internal Revenue Service communications and offers a link to a Web site that asks for personal information or includes a form that needs to be filled out and returned.
